We charge 20% of the nightly revenue, and 50% off (10%) until December 31, 2023, if you sign a two-year contract with us. All the Revenue goes into your bank account directly from the listing platform, and we invoice you one time per month. No surprises, all the expenses will be detailed on the invoices. The best part is cleaning fees are paid by the guests and any additional cost will be covered by Investac Management and no additional cost to the owner.
