To assist you, we conduct an initial review with recommendations during a meeting at the property. Additionally, we conduct multiple meetings at the property before it is staged and photographed, ensuring it is fully prepared.


At Investac Management, we understand that each property has its own distinct qualities that significantly influence its revenue potential. What sets us apart is our exclusive calculation designed specifically for the Calgary (and area) market. Using this, we can offer you a 12-month revenue projection, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects before you embark on your journey.


You will be paid the same way as you normally would, directly from the platform to your bank account. Your pricing package will determine how much Investac Management will invoice you at the end of each month.


As a client of Investac Management, you will be receiving a monthly statement outlining your income, our Airbnb management fees, cleaning fees and any maintenance-related charges you have approved.


It’s a very unlikely scenario that any of our clients decide to cancel our Airbnb property management services. However, if you decide to stop working with Investac Management for any reason please reach out to our management team and we will address your concerns. In most cases, we will find a way to meet your demands and make sure your experience is absolutely amazing. If you insist on cancellation kindly provide us with a 1-month notice as soon as you can so that no new bookings could take place on the open dates.
